Good time to join Marqeta w/ IPO soon?

Exploring companies and Marqeta seemed interesting. With the announce of IPO in Q3, is there still any upside in joining? Any discount I’d get in RSU could get completely eaten once it hit the public markets if things go sideways on a macro econ level. Any thoughts? Currently a PM #IPO #product TC: 140k
