Salesforce technical architect interview

I am currently being interviewed by Salesforce(Acumen solutions, salesforce company) for technical architect position. Can someone please shed some light on interview process , scenario based architecture diagram in specific, pay, work life balance ? Thanks in advance.

Pay is ok, WLB varies but if it acumen that might put you more in line with Public work. Do you have a background working in state or fed projects?
