I can, and I will. It’s not an easy choice for people who have kids, that have grown up thinking USA is their country and have considerable non-liquid investment here. You can’t force someone to work for an employer they don’t like and don’t want to or totally turn their life around in 60 days.

There is no such thing named h1b transfer. You can only file a new petition which is cap exempt and considered as “transfer”.
