Yes very low compared to big tech. Expect a Sr engineering type role to pay $100-150k max

They will probably offer you 90k. Keep in mind you can get to 200 in about 3 years on West coast. You're wasting your time at booz

Stop coming here. Worst HR and it’s slave cultural and 1970 management style. My doctor recently told that you health issues because of stress at your work. If some one says Booz is good ask their role. I don’t have chair at work. It’s looks very bad for them if provide the details here.
Are you working for government side of the company or commercial ?
Depends on market value for your location... i came in at 85k and got two bumps of 20% each inside 18months.
If you live in a hot market and the pay is well....expect something middle of the road
They are consistently significantly below market

Forgot to add I worked there 2 years for 80k, they gave me a lot of hassle for a 7k raise. I quit and got a 40k raise lol
