What does director level at Angi map to at faang? Nothing on levels FYI for it. Any feedback on Angi as a conpany.
Everyone at Angi has a different experience. In general its improved over the last year, but management, which you’d join, has always felt like they were cliquey. When VPs or C-suites change, they like to bring in their own people. That in turn causes eventual turn over in both management and ICs. The last year theres been a focus to have more engineering proficient leaders (at all levels). That isn’t a bad thing, but its frustrating when those people are leading engineering decisions instead of waiting to hear what their engineers think. I personally think Angi will keep growing profitability, but the culture is very interesting. The people I work with and deal with are all awesome, and yet leadership always finds a way to mess either way our groove. If you do decide to join, work on fostering team culture!
Curious about comp. Looks like nothing above 200k for senior. Are there any positions that pay 350k?

It’s a shit company I would advise you to stay out of it.
Wow! Good to know. Is it the management that's not good? Are you planning on leaving?
It’s a miss organized IMO, priorities keeps on changing for every quarter and seem less reorgs. BTW, there are a lot of high level directors that are shown the door in the last quarter
