JPMC vs Cox Automotive
I have job offer from these companies with almost similar base pay. With below mentioned differences JPMC 2 days at office, Cox complete remote JPMC 401 contribution start after 1 yr vs 3 months for Cox I am on work visa with i140 approved. Which company should I go for?

Cox bonus is 10% and they offered joining bonus. I applied for lead role but they offered senior software engineer. Same for JPMC, apples for VP role but they offering associate role.
What are the offered base salaries? Most people don't know Cox. JPMC might be better for recognition.

Don't join Cox, especially Cox Automotive, wlb is no longer a thing here. Reorg, layoffs, low bonus, more works. The industry is moving away from this aggregator model, so definitely no bright future

How much bonus did you get it last year? It wasn’t high for me last year and don’t think that it will change this year. Actually it can be worse since the economical situations.

Matching at jpmc doesn’t vest at all until 3 years in.
