I just read HPE offers 6months of paternity leave, I felt this amazing, other good tech companies with good paternity leave benefits? HPE: 6 months Meta: 4 months Edit: yes it's Hewlett Packard Enterprise Worst among big tech is amazon, eligible after 1 year of service for 6 weeks of paternity leave. #tech #hpe #meta #google #apple #amazon #netflix #Microsoft
I don't think anyone can beat Amazon.
For best or worst?
Salesforce
How much?
Six months
Find a European company, mom gets a year, dad gets 6 month
Meta
Indeed offers 26 weeks. Not that we’re hiring a lot or at all right now. But it’s a great benefit.
Google gives 18 weeks
Okta is 18 weeks
Google has good paternity leave and you’re treated well. Vacation accrues even while you’re on leave and bonuses are paid at 100%. Not sure if that’s true at all companies.
Google is 18week for father. For mom, 4week before due date and 22week after delivery
Hpe?
Hewlette Packard Enterprise I’m guess
Yes. They split into two companies hp/hp inc and hpe.
