Seems low for ic4. I used to make 240k with 155k base as an ic3 back in 2019.

oci is lowballing left and right taking advantage of the market situation. >320k is reasonable. Keep in mind that once you get in, there will be no refreshers. Getting in with a good offer is very important
I think top performers get the refreshers don't they?
Yeah but it can be a gamble, depends on how important your project is in brining money to OCI. Seen some good performers get nothing since their project wasn’t important enough
IC-4 at OCI is SDE2 high end at Amazon. TC 350 was reasonable 1 year ago, not sure in current market.
But I know someone making 600k a year as ic4. Amazon sde3 can’t even get that.
True, OCI IC4 is a broad range.
