Have an upcoming interview with them, seems like a cool startup and a leader in its niche market. Anyone has any insights as to the company culute, wlb and TC for data science/analyst roles ?
Culture is getting there, they recently hired new people in the talent team that are making that happen. You can work from home if you need to, buy are expected to be in the office for meetings. The data team is starting to get built and they barely started hiring for roles in BI and data engineering. As for data science, that won’t happen until next year.
Thank you, i think i will have an offer from them. How is the company morale ? Apart from the work from home do people tend to put in long hours (50+ per week) ?
Not unless you want too. They expect you to do quality work and spend your time wisely. Management seems to be reasonably flexible and won’t micromanage you.
