WLB is basically unbeatable compared to most other companies. Great engineering culture, with some variance across teams. No office politics, genuinely good people that always are willing to help. TC is probably average for bay area but on the top end for Toronto. Good base, but PD is conservative with stocks.

And yes, lots of opportunity for growth if you seek it.
