Expecting an offer from Interactive Brokers but don't see a lot of info/experiences online about the company's work culture. Can current or ex employees give an insight? How is it like to work there, good things bad things etc. #engineering #software #swe

Been there for less than 5 months and all I can say is โฆSTAY AWAY! Itโs toxic af and the work env is def not healthy.
Can you elaborate on this? Are you still there?
I gave an interview and the high attitude of their engineering team felt so toxic. Arrogant as f and dumb as well. Want to ask hard problem just to show off and act like they are really top notch engineers who launch spaceX. I quit the process as I became well aware that i wonโt be joining such teams.
Please go there and fix their junk platform
