Hey Blind fam, Does anyone know what can I expect in terms of TC at Arrow Electronics? This is for Applications Engineer 3. Pretty much got verbal offer, still need to discuss numbers. YOE: 2.5 #hardware ##semiconductor
Arrow pays far beneath market, no RSUs for below management level. It's compensation is top heavy by design and 90% of all comp stays with the executives. They also are breaking a few dozen regulations and laws in their day to day business practices. Also you had best be H1B, because that's all their technical staff is, and the caste system is real.
Thanks for the insight. Can they atleast match $200k? What’s the caste system? Indian system?
They're a Fortune, they "can" pay that, the question always is will they. I doubt it since that's VP money to them. And yes, most of IT is East Indian, females are third rate citizens and they manage based on that culture.
