Amgen job offer

Hello everyone! I was offered a position at Amgen (Juncos, Puerto Rico) as an Associate Manufacturing GCF level 3. I know is not a manager, research, sales or other high level job like I see here in the forums but at least for me, is something. What I was wondering is, how high is a GCF 3 level for this position. Is that level common? Isn't supposed to start at level 1? What is the typical salary range for this position and level in the states? Is there a good work/life balance?
