waiting Tesla onsite result
I have been onsite 10days ago. I haven’t heard anything yet. should I ping to HR? or waiting more days? usually how long does it take for a decison?

I had an onsite and was contacted 2 days after. It was a keep me warm type of call as they had other candidates which they told me. They should update you and at least state when a debrief and a final decision will be made. I'd reach out for a status check
