Considering a potential offer from Sysdig, I've read many pros and cons here, specially about the oncall and work/life balance. Any recent insights on the work/life balance at #sysdig is appreciated. - do you have 24/7 oncall or more like a "follow the sun" pattern - what's the cadence of being oncall (how frequent) - what's the percentage of oncall/followup tasks Vs dev work/architecture (working on projects) - any promising improvements in terms of the process?
