Does anyone know about any lay offs happening at perficient ? #layoffs #perficient
If you are actively billing on a client, you have zero worry. You are generating revenue. If you are on the bench, they run reports to see who's been non-billable the longest and investigate them first. It's by no means a guarantee they lay off people who have been on the bench the longest, but they start the conversation there as they wonder why you can't be staffed. In reality, the question should be, why don't we have enough sales pipeline to staff people.

No lay-off yet in Michigan Business units that I have heard of
Michigan BU has a ton of positions unfulfilled. No chance of layoffs there
