what are the well paying SWE jobs in NYC?
Considering moving to NYC post marriage. What are some good and well paying companies for SWE jobs in NYC? Not very enthusiastic about finance companies as my opinion is that a job at those companies is like making a deal with the devil. Current TC: 310$ L5 at Google 6 YOE
Google, Facebook, Dropbox, Squarespace, Etsy
Not all finance companies are like that. HRT, Jane Street, Two Sigma have a culture that’s very similar to tech companies, especially HRT.
