what's the square python interview screen like?
the guide that was given to me specifically says it's not a DS/Algo test, but more of fundamentals I,e dicts, strings, functions. So what type of questions will I get? is it super simple like how to retrieve a value from a key? #dataanalytics

Ok. So it’s still leetcode style where I need to write a function; minus trees and queues and stacks? Do you have any suggestions on how to best prepare? Hackerank?

They still test on basic algorithms, you just won’t get Grey Code like LC questions.

Not as simple as what you’ve described, but still straightforward. I think mine was to identify if you could change one string into another by making a single swap.
