I dont get it, what happened to the tc obsessed money maximising grinder blinders? There's been a lot of anti overemployment posts these past few days and it makes no sense as to why. You can only chase tc if it's not via the OE route as if that is cheating? I have friends who are oe as well and making bank, taking advantage of the companies that you all say dont care about us. Despite all the anti big corp commentary on here and nonsense about at will employment, somehow OE is pushing it too far? People can work multiple jobs on h1 visa. Each job needs its own h1 application
Most places in tech getting 2 jobs is illegal. You are breaking the contract you signed. If that’s not the case I am all for making more money by whatever means. Don’t call me jealous if I point out your illegal behavior.

Blind, where you connect your work email and where HR is also involved in the conversation is not the place to talk on this topic. OE is never allowed by companies despite any argument saying its legal. No company will allow you to exploit them for wage theft working the same 40 hours. You go to the dedicated channels to discuss that knowing the risks.
