i am interviewing with Netflix and one startup , expecting to get to offer this week. i want to leverage the salary increase which will come from new pcs to negotiate offer. from the last 1:1 manager told that i got good performance feedback . i cant remember in which month do managers inform new comps ? L5 yoe: 6 years , bay area TC: 215

Aren't they not allowed to ask you what your compensation is? Just tell them how much you expect. If it's Netflix, I'm guessing you're already looking at least 300k anyways
