Can you elaborate what “750+LC” means?
They said 450 originally but then I one upped them with 600 so they changed to 750. It means they've done 750 leetcode. However they probably haven't given that they started with 450.
Why should we care that you are a woman ?
Because recruiters get bonuses based on the number of URMs they hire Also, look at studies like this http://blog.interviewing.io/we-built-voice-modulation-to-mask-gender-in-technical-interviews-heres-what-happened/ If you aren't masking your voice to sound feminine in screens it's over for you. So if I have a bigger chance of getting hired then there is a bigger chance of the referrer getting their bonus.
Tbf, it says that men masking their voice as women only gained a small advantage, and women masked as men had a small disadvantage. Not that this isn't obvious sexism, but it's not "game over" for men. And since men were performing significantly better than women, I doubt it really even matters much in the long run

Why do you have to advertise that you are a women?
Tinder makes billions upon billions off male desperation. The sugar baby and prostitution industries are collectively a multitrillion dollar market. What commodity is in higher abundance than male thirst for females? There is no bigger market on the planet. Might as well play it to your own ends.
