does your efficiency go down during periods? how do you manage?
🍿 Is the popcorn emoji even appropriate for this post?
Blind has very less women. But, yeah 🍿 is definitely appropriate. Peace ✌️
"Very less" as opposite to "very more"?
I am from other ~50%, but listening with great sympathy. I know few of my female colleagues who are usually sane and reasonable but sometimes they get pissed at minor tiny little things, I gave them benefit of doubt.
Appreciate Gentle men like you Thank you
Yes. Feel like absolute crap during. Only way I cope is by timing my period via birth control so that it starts on a Friday or going into the weekend, and the worst will then be over heading into Monday again. Oh, to be female :(
Think of this as Darwin’s way of punishing you.
Wtf is this comment about? Are you implying that menstrual cycle is a weakness in our species? That’s such a shortsighted comment. Do you even biology? PS: I’m a guy, before you throw more shitty comments in response
There’s an evolutionary advantage in discouraging the lack of reproduction.
Ever since getting an implant my periods have been so wack that I just usually end up WFH on the super heavy days. My team is flexible tho (2-3 days a week WFH is no big deal)
What type of implant?
Implanon (it goes in your arm). Its kinda an uncommon form of birth control.
My work efficiency definitely goes down when my wife is on her period.
Yes 2 days before and the first day. Wfh and sometimes sick days have helped. But there are times when you have to sit through meetings or meet deadlines and can't do anything about it.
Usually try to take the first day off.. or take painkillers take a nap and then go to work
Wow ... misogyny does runs deep with this one !
