The entry level engineer doesn’t have 250+ reports and entire location to manage. If anything the Bucees GM is underpaid.
GMs are bucees also have at least 15-20 yoe and near top of the chain managers. They are not entry level grads. It’s equivalent to a VP position at faang. Rare
