SS&C is the biggest fund admin service provider in the US. It has been acquiring companies every year(like Advent) including sub-company from very famous company. The system called "Geneva" is very popular among hedge funds. But you can expect the pay at SS&C to be about 50% of your current TC. A few percent raise(likely 3% on average) a year. And the CEO is known for being a jerk to employees.

Why do you say - they will pay 50% of current ctc ? In this case, why would anyone join them ?

The pay there is low. And coming from the fact that you're working at a faang company. My estimate is that what they can offer is 50% of your current tc
