This is a pretty good deal. It’s a 9600 sq ft lot
"I'm a boutique tea taster. My husband's startup shut down with a medium post last week. Budget 5 million"
Lol .. live in Palo Alto ?
Gotta raise that round for his next fake startup son
That’s a prime location in one of the most expensive places to live in the world. Quite a good price
Lol live in Palo Alto ?
It could be closer to Uni Ave tho...
The lot value is a bit nuts. It's not that close to downtown. Personally I think that area isn't great because Alma is hard to turn onto. Lots of IPOs recently. someone wants to build a dream house in Palo Alto!
10k SF lot size in Palo Alto is great. As someone pointed out either the buyer is building a dream house or going to split and build multiple houses.
A 10k foot lot in PA, surprised it didn't go for more. Maybe the marker is cooling.
It’s a steal. Can’t believe they got 10k lot for peanuts. They could build a 4000+ sq foot mansion with infinity pool in backyard for $2-3M and sell it off for $12M
Yup, it’s all about the lot size. Look at comparables in the area: every one has 5k lot, but this one has 10k, which means you can divide it and build 2 new homes and sell those for >5M each easy. Btw, did you make an offer that you’re so upset? If so, congrats, you must be super rich :)
It sold for that price for two reasons: It's Palo Alto. And it's Palo Alto. Don't try to think about real estate prices in Silicon Valley rationally!

Why Worshipping Lord Ram Important in Hinduism?
I could have bought five neighbors houses demolishing them, and build condo here where I live (NY). Rich people.
Where in NY can you do this?
Lol can’t tell you the exact borough, but it is not Brooklyn for sure. It just so happen my neighborhood is great but houses are still relatively cheap (600-800k).
