Silent layoffs at NetApp?
wtf is going on here? After the first official layoff round beginning of the year I see more and more colleagues just vanishing... So being layed off. Almost no internal communication, nothing. Management is either clueless or just lying. Especially the cloud departmant (CloudOps and Hyperscaler-Sllers) is just out of control Does anyone has insights about it? #SilentLayoffs #NetApp
Isnt it normal? Some companies layoff in a quiet mode, by batches.

Ask your manager. He / She may know more. Some groups let a few folks stay longer than when the others were let go, primarily if they have extensive knowledge about some product. When their time is up, they go. Not a new thing, tbf.
If you have spent enough time here, you should have already known that it's the norm
