Liftoff?
Two primary questions 1. With privacy being a primary concern (iOS 15 for eg) how dangerous is the business and joining now? I feel adtech can be scary at the moment especially since all you need is either of the two manufacturers (ios or android) to go on ham and mess with Liftoffs business model. 2. How is the company’s financials? Any layoffs/budget cuts?

The recruiter did share they’re pretty competitive, however unfortunately my offer turned to be on the lower side so I didn’t move ahead. Got ~170k base + 140k (potential IPO price - strike) This was for Sr role
What does it mean (options-strike)? You don’t know how they will be valued.
I received a base of 240k from Vungle / liftoff and about 50k options. I think you are getting low-balled. Also there is no way they are going to be able to IPO in this market. Strategic acquisition seems more likely.

My offer was similar for Sr. 185 base + 10% bonus and 13.5k options. Didn't take it.
