Seems legit business model given influence of social media and numerous ways your or your company’s online presence can be tarnished by not so good people or competitors.

Good product, very sales focused org, atrocious HR, don't know how to hire good eng talent, promise things they can't deliver.
Which department are you from ?
I'm optimistic. There was a lot of transition last year as the new leadership put a lot of policy and much needed structure in place.
Wouldnt it be ironic if everyone bad mouthed them...?
