Non profit Data Analyst opportunities in Bay Area

Hi all, My wife is currently working as Research Scientist in a non-profit organization in Bay Area in a cap-exempt H1B visa. Her workplace is very toxic and are abusing her situation of not being able to transfer over to tech or any other organization outside as easily.
