Deloitte resignation
Trying to submit my resignation form on TOD, why is asking for my future employer and title ? Am not ok giving it away since am switching to another big 4. Have any of you encountered and how did you go abt it ? Tc: 95k New TC : 155k (EY) Deloitte Analyst - EY Senior Staff
95k at Deloitte? I just joined it for 130k with YOE 3 yrs . How much is your YOE?
New salaries are adjusted for inflation. His salary is probably pre-pandemic.

I would just put in NA Congratulations on the offer!! What's your current level? 95 seems too low, good that you are leaving. Are you going one level up?

I think you have to, I left D. a few months back, it didn’t let me complete the form without it.
I recently left Deloitte. I didn’t share - there should be an option that lets you skip that question. Pretty sure I said I was leaving for “personal reasons.” Had a similar salary jump - good luck to you :)
What's the notice period,btw? 60 days?

Interesting, here(India) they won't release us before we serve 60 days notice.

They’re asking because you worked for a company that audits other companies. They need to make sure it’s not a restricted firm to protect themselves and you from audit risk
