Hi All I am currently working in a late stage startup which might go IPO soon(1-2 year timeline). I got an offer from CRED Bangalore. Current Salary: Fixed: 65 LPA Variable: 5 LPA Unvested ESOPs: 1.3 Cr Offer from Cred: Fixed: 80 LPA ESOPs: 2.5 Cr vested over 4 years. YOE: 9 years I want to understand how Cred is doing, if anyone works there please share their growth numbers and a bit about company culture. Also does Cred give esop refreshers and how does the annual hikes look like? I understand that Cred has wfo but want know how often do people go to office. This is a huge bet I am taking because the esops of current company will for sure be real stock/cash soon, can’t say that for Cred. I would love to know your opinion on my situation. #india #bangalore #offer

If you are confident that your current company will soon go public, it might be advisable to remain with your current employer, considering that the journey for CRED's potential public offering could take at least 4 to 5 years

Which level is this for? EM? Also to answer your question, yes CRED does give ESOP refreshers every year and in general they are good. Culture depends on team.
