Received an offer for MTS in Santa Clara,CA Base: 180k RSU : 250k/4 years Sign on: 25k Yoe: 6 years + masters Current TC: 220k Can I push for higher numbers? What’s the TC I can expect? Also with everyone moving to ARM based products and Intel promoting its Fab, is it a good time to join AMD? #hardware #semiconductor

Hows Qualcomm? LOL I was planning to try join there. About same exp as u. Bumping tc is my aim, nothing else.
Qcom has been good so far to me in terms of learning but have stayed there my entire career so switching to try out new experiences and bumping TC as you said

Recruiter told me it’s merit based and at a 50k range for MTS, how true is that? Does merit based mean like it can range from 0 to 50k?

They just increased 5k on the sign on, I’m thinking to take it
Didn’t they used to have rsu/3? 250k number is good for MTS. Base can go up to 200k any joining bonus?
