Cohesity biased?
Hey, is Cohesity biased towards IITians for development roles? - Assessed this on Linkedin.
@Fungible There is a clear bias. I have not seen any single person on Linkedin who if does not have atleast one degree from IIT, and a working as a developer in Cohesity. My resume never got shortlisted there when I have development experience. So, clearly there is a bias.
