How to prepare for Cloud Architect opportunities at AWS/Microsoft
Recently I got a LinkedIn message from both AWS and Microsoft recruiters regarding Cloud Architect opportunity. Of course I have yet to schedule a brief introductory call with them. I’m currently working as a Azure Cloud Architect, primarily focused on Infrastructure and DevOps. In total, I have 12 years of experience in IT consulting and services. Just curious to know if you have any idea regarding type of interviews that they may conduct, any relevant study materials or online sites that may play a pivotal role in cracking interviews, and by the way, do I have to go through the same coding interview rounds (algorithms and data structures) ? TC: $207k (180k base + 15% bonus)
Just curious if 12 YOE as SWE would make more than 12 YOE as cloud architect . Please include your TC

Generally the AWS SA role would be how you would use services to address certain customer problems scenarios. Then strong leadership skills is critical. So use examples of LP's in practical use in your past experiences aka Tell me about the time you did XYZ.
