[India] Offer evaluation
I recently received a job offer from NortonLifeLock that requires me to relocate from Bangalore to Chennai. However, due to my current personal situation, relocating is not possible. As an alternative, I have considered traveling to Chennai on a weekly basis. On the other hand, my current company is willing to increase my salary, but they are not willing to match the offer I received from NortonLifeLock, and they have been clear about this. Given these circumstances, I am trying to determine whether it would be better for me to accept the offer. Offered CTC: 16,50,000 Base + 1,65,000 Variable + 5L RSU Current CTC: 9,25,000 + 50,000 Variable. YOE: 1 Note: My current company is OpenText. #tech #offer

Yes. Norton (GEN) is in worst shape after Avast acquisition. Doesn't worth to move to chennai that too at this early stage of your career. Better be in Bengaluru and keep looking for other opportunities
Go to Chennai and shift again within 6 months.
Not worth it
I worked for Norton for 10 years Not worth it at all. Poor tech stac lousy work and no product except library check product.
Norton still exists?!
