Microsoft final offer for L61 200k (Redmond) Salesforce first offer MTS ~230k. (SF) Waiting for Google waiting for team match, might not get results soon. Please help me evaluate based on TC, WLB, prestige, growth, location. Yoe: 3 Current TC 160 in vHCOL

Microsoft WLB and growth depend a lot on team/org
Don't forget 230k in SF doesnt go as far as 200k in WA
200K in Seattle = 230 k in bay area
Join Salesforce but work remotely or work at Seattle office
Salesforce is full of ex Microsoft managers now who brought their cultural problems with them, so no distinction there.
230k is amazing for MTS. Just get a promotion after joining if you're that good.
