YOE: 2.5 Applied for level P3, offered for level P2 Current CTC: 34 LPA Offered Compensation: 3 parts (base, bonus, cash incentive) Base: 22 LPA 10% bonus every year 40k USD for 3 years Total CTC: 34 LPA HR was extremely rigid and not willing to negotiate. Despite clearly stating my current salary and desired increase prior to the interviews, they offered no raise for the role. It became apparent from our conversation that they had other candidates willing to accept compensation below 34 LPA, leading them to refuse any negotiation. Additionally, they took an additional interview round after the managerial round. It would have been more professional for them to inform me earlier that they couldn't meet my salary expectations. It would have saved time for both parties. Prior to the interviews, when I inquired about the specific level they were hiring for, she evaded the question and provided vague explanations, suggesting that Splunk did not adhere to any predefined levels. However, following all the interviews, she disclosed that the position was for P2. #splunk
Can anybody help with referral in splunk ?
I interviewed for P4 after one screening + 2 Rounds they are saying they will give P3 and also they will take one more coding followed by managerial round
If they are giving good compensation hike, then you can join but also consider the face that Splunk is going to get acquired by Cisco. Cisco might lay off again.
Don’t join any company if they don’t give good hike because they must have budget issues or org which you will be joining don’t have much funding. Recently I rejected Llyod technology center Hyderabad offer due to this. They also not able to pay 35 LPA
Right. I didn't like their hiring process. It felt confusing.
