Geico TDP Program Offer with a later start date than expected.

I recently accepted an offer from Geico for their TDP program. The TC is nice, but for some reason they gave me a start d ate that was much later than the start dates proposed in the application description. The cohorts stated were for March and July, but my start date is in Late August. I keep trying to contact my recruiter about this, but they are ghosting me. Why would they be doing this?
