Nvidia has a 90% market share on ai chips, and that is a 1.5b industry. IF that industry grows to 1T in 10 years and nvidia maintains at least a 50% market share and grows normally’ with a 17 PE multiple, then you could value them at 7.5T$ or over 2500$/share

Wouldn’t the pace of growth slow down once companies do major initial investment in chips ? They won’t keep spending on this every year right ? Once the AI chips are bought they’ll be used for another 3-5 years ?

I like NVIDIA but I'm not as bullish. I think they'll keep owning the AI training market for a while, but I can see cheaper, specialized AI chips take a good chunk of the inference market - which is gonna be a big part of the compute needed over the next 10 years
