MTO = Minimum Time Off Yes, they offer RSUs. In Brazil they're still offered options but considering switching to RSUs as well.

Yes, in Brazil the decision is down to local regulations in place.
Depends on the team, but given our area you generally benefit from: * Low availability demands. Customers are 9-5 EST so on call is generally calm and you’re never getting paged after hours * Solid time off. Since our customers follow bank holidays so do we, and we also have MTO which means you HAVE to take 15 days PTO a year. I’m up to ~20 ish atm this year. That being said, product at Carta is very chaotic right now so projects can tend to get a little crunchy during certain financial deadlines. All in all I’d say the WLB is great
