What's title?
I got IC2 an offer at 140k base / 80k rsu / 7.5% bonus with 8 yoe. I had to reject it because of the downlevel and paycut but I think you can push for more base and more stock.
It's stock should be 250 by 2024 , evaluate accordingly .
their RSUs are promising I think ๐ค
