It is a work hard and get paid and treated very well for it environment. We have monthly feedback which is a little atypical but we also have biweekly all hands where the CEO answers any and all anonymously submitted questions. We’re also really trying to build something great and highly valuable. People are passionate and I enjoy working with all of my coworkers Hope that helps. Happy to answer any other Qs that I can.
