Offer from goPro

Got a Staff FE engineer offer from goPro, but was interviewed for Senior FE Engineer. Currently: Mid Level FE Engineer I am actually on my H1b and goPro will be sponsoring i140, so will have to stay at the company for a very long time. would it be a very big jump from mid level to staff ? should i consider asking for a senior role instead ? #tech
