Disney Streaming Services - final interview with VP
I cleared the virtual onsite and have 30min call with a VP as the last step. What can I expect from this? Is this mostly conversational / behavioral? Or is there any technical / case study in this round? It’s for Sr data analyst in nyc
Have you told your recruiter that you have multiple offers, really interested in Disney Streaming Services but are torn between Disney and another company because of {pay, relo, benefits, scope of title, scope of work}? If so, then it’s a sell call. It’s a way that traditional companies usually try to use the rank muscle to attract talent.

The data group is mid re-org. The DSS SVP of data has left, the group is now under Hulu’s group. Which VP is it?

DSS is going through an overhaul right now with the whole integration of Hulu, and we’re working to figure out our culture. Disney has said that streaming is the future of the company, and how that shakes out will effect a lot. Chatting about how the culture and the company is changing with all this emphasis internally around streaming might be a good thing to discuss.
