Received an offer from NIO for staff gpu virtualization software engineer (bay area)- Base- 210k Stocks- 15k units No sign on bonus Not really interested in the role, but it gives me 30k salary bump and also a level bump. This is my first interview and I still haven’t applied to some of my other target companies (wanted to assess my preparation first). I’m not really desperate for a new role right now (still employed), but want to change as I have been feeling stagnated in my current role. Is it wise to keep interviewing and wait for roles from companies I’m more interested in? Yoe- 6
Is that 15k units per year? If it's a 4 year grant, that's fucking terrible.
No 15k units overall for 4 years. Lol 15k units per year would have been awesome.
