Hello all. I have been working in CS for about 15 years now through various industries but mostly financial. For the past almost 5 years I have been in management. I have been really wanting to move toward Customer Support roles specifically at tech/start ups but one or the big hurdles is not having experience with Zendesk. I have worked with banking systems, Salesforce, Jira, and many others along the way. Most of the postings want Zendesk experience which I just don't have. Would getting a Zendesk Certification help me at all to stand out? I feel like I could learn it quickly especially since they offer a demo sandbox. #zendesk #customerservice #customersupport #management
