Plots in Devanahalli, Bangalore
I am considering buying a plot from A grade developers in Devanahalli with long term investment perspective. (Avoiding small developers and local to be risk free). Do you think it is a good option? Please share any pros and cons.

There is no water there
Water problem is there in east and south Bengaluru. Devanahalli is north Bengaluru.
Bought two plots in Dec 2022 with A grade builders and its already appreciated by 20-25% since. North Bangalore is THE location to invest right now owing to the proximity to the airport, upcoming metro line, so many Upcoming industries, factories and ITParks. That being said, its not liveable right now and yes may have water problems. But perfect for making some good profits on real estate in nearby future.
