Have a VP\GM role I like a lot and the feeling is mutual... I would like a switch. Am very happy at Amazon but would like a different comp structure and to have more scope. Am at approx $1M now at AWS. Wondering if I can improve. It gets old being paid just in stock at AWS. I really would like deferred compensation like Google has. Head of product gets paid like 10M a year. I'd have a lot of those products. Wonder if I can ask for 2M 😂🏆 But seriously anybody know what GM TC is? I know that's a small pool. I imagine 1.5 is possible all in.

VP at ServiceNow will touch $1M if you negotiate. They will probably offer $700k ($250k base, 30-40% bonus and rest RSU). Can't negotiate much on base or bonus but RSU will be negotiable.
