TikTok PIP/ Need Referral
I have been working for tiktok as a lead Analyst for almost 2 years now and it's been the worst experience of my life.I was placed under a new manager mid last year and in just 2 months my manager gave me a M- rating for no reason. He gave some vague reasons regarding stakeholder management but it was not justified as I was doing great as per my stakeholders. In the Annual review this year I was given an "I" rating and was given a 30 day PIP notice. I nailed every project between the two reviews and worked on all the things mentioned in the previous review I still got such a negative review. Last six months I was working 997 to do my best but as per my manager it's not enough. I am on an H1B visa with only 60 days to find a job. Please help referral on any leads if your team is hiring. OP, is your manager Chinese? If you're not Chinese, then you are likely getting targeted for PIP. Document everything and file a complaint with the DOL for discrimination.
I am not Chinese. My manager is Spanish, he has all spanish speakers in his team except me.

Yeah the manager is complaining about things which don't make any sense.His behavior is questionable, he never look at me straight, don't make any conversations, usually skip 1:1, only vocal during reviews. I really did everything to save my job.
Screenshot all your proof, get as much evidence in writing, contest it
