I live in Europe but due to my husband's job, we will move to the Bay Area during 2022. I have been looking for a job position in the Bay Area but recruiters rarely come back to me since I live out of the US. Only one recruiter contacted me for a job position at Mavenir. I was interviewed and got the offer. The job is 100% remote but the compensation is more based on Texas compensation. I don't think there will be so many other offers as long as I am in Europe. Do you think I should accept the offer or should I reject that and look for job when I am in the Bay Area?

Try to move here, and then you can try for jobs with better stocks
Usually companies are hesitant to hire from overseas due to having to pay for relocation or the uncertainty whether the candidate will make a big move like that due to family, etc.
So take this up, move to the Bay Area, and then look for other jobs. Once you are here, it will open up more opportunities
Absolutely take the offer and start working in the Bay. You can quadruple your European salary easy, no problem.
